Delivery

We primarily deliver to locations within a 50 mile radius of our store, however we can accommodate deliveries anywhere in the state of MA., for a special rate which can be determined by contacting the store.

 

Know your Woods

Woods are available in many different species, colors and hardness and can be cut and shaped into several different designs.  One species of wood is not better than another, it is simply a matter of personal preference and style.  Every tree yields lumber with a unique grain pattern and character markings thus giving your piece of furniture its own unique quality.

Pricing our furniture

You will not see pricing on our website for several reasons.  Since the furniture we offer is so unique to what the customer desires, it is impossible to list any prices.  There are so many variations that affect price such as type of wood; the size and dimensions; molding styles and whether you choose unfinished or custom finished.

Return Information

Full refund on all items in stock within 15 days of purchase when accompanied with your sales slip

After 15 days there will be a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price for all accepted returns.  We reserve the right to decline any returns after the 15 day period.

Once in production, ordered/custom pieces will incur a 20% stock fee if the item is cancelled.

Returns are only allowed on unfinished furniture, custom chosen factory finished colored pieces cannot be returned.

All custom orders and custom finished pieces ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Although we make every effort to have accurate samples of our finishes, no finish or paint color can be guaranteed to exactly duplicate our samples.

Clearance items are sold as is and can not be returned.

We are open Monday – Saturday 10:00 to 6:00 and Sundays 12:00 to 5:00

We are closed for all major holidays.
